Then there is a wave that sort of swoops down the page, and it quickly scrolls down, I have no control over the speed and I dont like it :( And no my computer isnt full... I have abt 60 fee gigabytes... Can anybody help me? Thanks!!!

It has to do with the amount of resources your OS has. Might be because you don't have enough RAM. It has nothing to do with how much harddrive space you have.

Well, you can go to Control Panel and find the mouse settings icon most of your stuff will be in there. You can change the speed of your mouse scrolling and then get rid of the trails. If there is a problem with general computer speed yoou may need to defragment your RAM. Not to confuse this with Defrag of your hard drive. The memory of a computer gets assigned to different places and sometimes that gets clogged up.

Sound like to me that you have you mouse set to scroll down 2 or 3 lines at a time. Check your mouse setting and change it to 1.

some times ..this have connection with ur graphic card..which means that ur graphic card doesn't have the latest driver installed or it also means u graphic card is not best in good perormance. in my pc. when i change from Riva TNT2 M64 to Geforce FX5200 , then problem gone. so u can try upgrade ur graphic card.
