Some tile glaze is made with various metals as pigment. Some are toxic metals but the amount that is likely to leach into drinking water is miniscule. Most of what can leaqch out will do so very quickly. If you mean in a pool or bath there is nothing to worry about.
Several years ago there were warnings about useing ceramics made as decorative items for food. Mostly from Mexico at the time.

Ceramic tile have been around for centuries. I never heard of anyone getting sick from ceramic tile poisoning in a swimming pool.
