I hate to be a party pooper, but this question has been asked and answered about 20+ times, searching the phrase gives me 412 results. . . I think that's why there's a search bar, not sure, but I'm thinking that's what it's there for.

its all about putting something in a shaking it all bout, its a nice metaphor for the problems you face in life, you gotta look at em then pick one thing scrutinize till you figure out what to do then you pick something else and you scrutinize it then you.....etc., ad nauseum. its fun in a way at least till you think about it.
