Yes. It usually happens when I need to answer someone in a smart way but I just can't think of anything so I end up either nodding or saying 'yeah' or 'thank you'. Looks a bit stupid I guess! Luckily it doesn't really happen in exams, though many other people do experience this as well.

yes, i was doing a presentation in front of my class, i kind of looked at my palm cards and seriously...it was like i forgot how to read for about 5 minutes...lol
