In your opinion...

It's worse to break a person's heart, in my opinion. I consider myself tough and resilient; I bounce back quickly and I know it. I'm not aware of other people's elasticity so I'm leary of hurting them. Does that make sense?

Recently, I had to break up with someone who had all these plans about marriage and a future life together. I asked the question on here, and the overwhelming advice was to break it off, which I did. I personally feel that when a caring person finds to necessary to break up with someone and break their heart, a piece of that person's heart is broken also. Now I realize that there are game players out there and hardly nothing can break their hearts. I'm talking about normal sincere people. I think it's a no win situation either way.

I think I've had mine broken more. I'm not the best looking guy in the world so I don't have women clamoring to get to me but the ones that have just seem to lose interest and usually it is after I've gone into the relationship head first, heart, hands and feet. I wear my heart on my sleeve so it is easily broken when someone ends a relationship with me. Unfortunately that is too many times in my book. Good luck.

If you had ever had your heart broken and could still break someone else's, then you didn't learn your lesson. I would never purposely do that to anyone. I would like to think that I am a person with compassion, honesty, and loyalty. I would be honest about my feelings but try to do it in way that would hurt the other person less. But next time I decided to get into a relationship I would make damn sure that it was with a person that I cared enough about not to break their heart also.

Having someone break your heart is worse, simply because it can hurt A LOT. But then if you break someone's heart, doesn't doing that break your own heart as well? I guess it does, but still not in such a painful way as when someone else does it.

Breaking someone's heart. Because once you come to know that you have hurt someone later on in your life. You will being hated by yourself. If someone breaks your heart then later on you will be recovered.

Having someone break mine. A girlfriend once dumped me. It broke my heart, but, I learned to be a better man because of it and was able to correct myself and my actions. In this light, causing groth was what came out of it. Her breaking my heart turned out to be a good thing. I do think, however, it was better for her to do it, than to have it done to me. The only real way to fundamentally change someone is for them to feel pain.

I think they are both not "worse" when you break someones heart (I'm guessing its breaking up right?) then in a way, it is good! If they break up with you it is probably becuase they dont love you, and they arent happy with the relationship. If you are in love with htem, you want htem to be happy! So you should try to be happy for them! And also the other way around!because If you break someones heart, It might be because You are unhappy, and You dont want them to be unhappy!
