Also, I dont think Randy Moss deserves any kind of record! Jerry Rice broke it in fewer games! (if Moss does break it!)
Also, if the Patriots do go undefeated, there should be an asterisk by their name, because after all who knows what all info they got from those tapes! Granted, it is like the steroid thing, you still have to be a strong player, but I just think they are cocky and ridiculous!

I agree. I think those tapes have helped a little bit. I dissagree with what your saying about moss and rice! rice was always with a good team. randy is better than rice. he carried his stats all the way through his career with the vikings and the raiders who both stunk it up.

midas what are you talking about! it wasn't just one game that they cheated in! It is believed to go back years. they have tapes dating back a year. Packers players last year said it was (quoting along the line) the weirdest thing they have experienced. "it was as if they new what are defense was doing."

I do however agree that the patriots have assemble an extremely good team and if they pick up mcfadden with that 1st round 49ers pick they could possibly have the most terrifying offense in history.

note... i hate the patriots

EDIT: when you say that they have lost all integrity and have become smart and cocky... i agree! The patriots score run like i have never seen. earlier in the season it was 56 to 6 half way through the 4th quarter and they still had all their starters in including brady. This has gone on all year. thats being cocky!

Ok genius let's break this down so even a Rhodes Scholar like you can understand. Sports in general never had integrity, they had dollars and cents, and Jerry Rice and Joe Montana found that out when they were traded near the end of their careers and this was set forth not by the athletes, but by the greedy owners and league commissioner. Player have always gotten in trouble it is just the media use to respect a players personal life, now the media has no boundaries.
As far as Randy Moss you don't have to like him and it wouldn't faze him in any way, but you can't deny that he is by far one of the best receivers in NFL history.
As for the Patriots going undefeated only an athletically challenged person would believe that placing a stupid asterisk would tarnish their accomplishment. Games are won and lost on the field, and I doubt they needed to cheat to beat the lowly New York Jets. Here is the stupid thing about the claim, the guy got busted in the first quarter, so they never saw the tape, smart guy so how did they cheat the Jets.

MONEY and GREED. Why do people still harp on the "tapes"? Jeez it isn't Watergate. Every team tapes every other teams signals, they just do it from the stands with a telephoto lens, you have heard of telephoto lenses, haven't you? King Midas has answered your question best. I have more reason than most to hate the Pats as I'm a Raiders fan.

Pats already have an asterisk by all their wins in most fans eyes (and deservedly so).
