Yes, and I know that's pathetic.

No matter how hot it is, I will NEVER EVER EVER sleep without my feet covered in a blanket.
I get so scared when they're not.

Are you terrified of the dark itself or of what you can't see in the dark that might be able to see you? There's a difference. Most people are afraid of the latter, definitely depending on where they are and how sensitive they are to other things. Clearly, if you are in your own home and are safe and secure, you shouldn't be afraid of the dark but if you're stuck on the side of the road at night in a place not many people come by, you have every right to be afraid. Sleeping with a nightlight isn't lame but you might want to look further into the reasons why you cannot. Most people outgrow he whole fear of the dark thing by the time they are at least 12 and if it continues there could be an underlying irrational fear they don't even realize.

YES! Not as bad as when I was a kid, but now I am a mum and have to get up to my toddler in the night sometimes and hate it! I've always been scared I'll see a ghost.

NO" actually i see better in the dark than with light's on especiallly the really bright one's, but i was trained to find my way around in the dark. by my brother, then my Sen sei.

No not at all only if I watch a scary movie I'd be afraid then everything is back as it is
