I try to be for the most part, but I believe in keeping the peace even if that means avoiding some details to keep people quiet. That's not to say I always avoid telling the truth, but if a friend asks me if they're being annoying and I say no to keep them from being upset, then I'm only sacrificing my sanity. It's fine.
