My friend is 20 now n he said that he had started doing mastebation at the age of 16. Initially, according to him ,it took 15-20 mins but as time passed on the duration has been reduced to 10-15 secs and today it bothers him a lot and there's not much feeling left in him as it was then. He has become very weak also........may be due to..........When he has just hugged n kissed,it automatically flows away leaving nothing for further steps to be taken............

So,any suggestion that what he should do to increase the duration and become strong, too?

Anyone who can tell the exact way are most welcome.

Masturbation is not the cause of your friend's problems. Masturbation has no harmful side effects whatsoever, and any energy loss is merely from the exhaustion after having an orgasm. He probably is stressed or has something heavy weighing on his mind, so he may need to talk to someone about his problems, as things like this can affect one's sex life. If he needs an ear to talk to, I will gladly listen and see if I cannot help him through his troubles.

Find a friend who is not addicted to pouring his energy down the drain. You have been attracted to a very weak man. Why? The answer is not about improving him but improving yourself so you would be attracted to a strong man. (assuming you are a woman. if not, all the more reason to look at yourself)

Why don't you stoke it for him and see how long you can make it last. It will maker him feel better no mater how long it takes.

GO see a qualified UROLOGIST, and then explain all of this to him or her. Good luck!
