My wife has never really enjoyed sex with me or anybody else. At the beginning of our relationship this was okay but now, years later it is very bothersome. She wants to have sex with me but I feel it is only because she feels it is her duty...she does not enjoy it. I do not enjoy having sex when she is not enjoying it. Would it be damaging to the relationship for me to just masturbate?

I am no triple xxx porno star but I was able to please my partners prior to marriage…or at least they said and acted like I did (hard to know for sure with women).
I have asked her if she is lesbian and she says that she is not however she does find women attractive and has told me she would like to go to a strip club with me. This does make me wonder…?

No, you should realize your mistake marrying someone not interested in sex with you. Do you enjoy living with a hostage? Do you like being a hostage? Then you should consider moving your seperate ways because sex is most often one of the top 3 things necessary for a successful relationship. Don't delude yourself. Find someone that enjoys your company.

She may be depressed, have a medical condition, be stressed or needing you to LISTEN to her more. You know the best foreplay is help around the house! (jut teasing) Why masterbate when you have a wife that loves you-I assume this as you did not say otherwise. Gently encourage her to get a good check up, and/or go to counseling together to learn some good communication skills. There are many things that can cause a womans libido to wane. Don't take it personally-just get to the bottom of the issue. Maybe she just needs a vacation or some new techniques......don't give up on her-you both deserve to be happy!!! Stay with her and figure out why this has happened--then you both can be a little happier. If your wife doesn't want sex with you anymore take a look at what you are doing for her directly. It sounds like you are a part of your childrens life and that you try to do housework. But do you praise your wife? Do you make her feel special? Does she work outside the home? If so, have you had dinner on the table when she got home? Started a bubble bath for her? Given her a massage? Is she having medical problems? Maybe she is going through the change, that would reduce her need for sexual pleasure. Is there more going on that you do not know about? Maybe she is seeing someone else. I think that you need to talk. But, you need to find someone there to help you talk, a priest, social worker or doctor.

I agree with the others that there is apparently something not right with the lack of desire. I also think that your wife may like women for the beauty of their bodies and not be cheating/lesbian. As for masturbation, even in a healthy relationship there shouldn't be anything wrong with right time right place.
Taking her to a club may just be what is needed to bring some excitement back into the room.

Although I think you could try a few things. Like a sex toy or go to a strip club. Are you more conservative than she is.
Go to the strip club and it might spicy things up.

Nothing wrong with masturbating . Who doesn't do that ?? To me she was given you a lil hint when she said that she would like to go to a strip club with you . Just because a women find other women attractive doesn't always mean they are bi-sexual . Even if you don't like going to strip clubs , take her to one . Know what arrouses her and go with it . That doesn't mean to just sit there and do nothing . Add to it . Buy her a lap dance . Kiss on her , touch on her . Talk sexy to her . Spice it up . It doesn't matter how long you've been married . We all have our ups and downs with sex during marriage - I too have a hubby who goes to sleep whenever I 'm really hot and horny for sex..... so I have to pleasure myself. Nothing wrong with a release, and it's good for your body to get rid of any pent up tension. So go for it - you know how to please yourself better than anyone else does , so be happy. And in the meantime,when you do have sex, pay extra attention to your wife's needs - she may find a change of heart and turn into a tiger in the bedroom !!

You can masturbate sometimes,but there are things to turn her on.Movies,romance,ect.I mean if you walk in one day with a sinle rose and just smile at her and give it to her.I am sure she'll jump to give you a kiss.Just make her happy,and feel loved.Give her attention.She will give something back.I mean emotionaly and phicicaly.Good luck
