People who went to Vigan General Hospital and stayed there overnight, and went home in the morning. They probably had a Christmas party there.

I guess that refers to people who went to VGH (acronym for a place or even i assume) and they went home in the morning.

inumaga is a term we use that refers to going out today or tonight then returning home the next morning.
