I don't think science will find every answer because there are always new problems pop out of no where.

I think that the chances of that happening before the sun explodes is highly unlikely. Considering the point that every time that an innovation is made in any field, a hundred or so more questions pop up.
For example, we have not even discovered all the organisims on the earth as of yet, a procedure that will certainly take many, many lifetimes.

No, it is actually impossible.
That is because any system based on a system of hyptheses, such as science or mathematics, MUST have unprovable hypotheses; and the only way to prove such hypotheses is by developing further hypotheses to prove THEM, and so on.
Look up "Godel" in Wikipedia, who proved in the 1930's that any system of logic MUST be incomplete.
In addition, there is a basic level of uncertainty in science, the most famous being Heissenberg's uncertainty principle.
Further, there is some logical basis for concluding that the human brain is incapable of completely understanding itself.
