1) Name Search >Confirmation that the company name exists?
2) Profile Report> Basic Details of the company confirming its existence and listing
company information
such as incorporation date, registered office, company number, status etc.?
3) Full Copy> A complete copy of all historical
corporate documents
that are available on the company which can be certified if so requested
(where this is possible exists?

If that's all you want, you can do it online at the govt website. For eg.
1 Supply of company information
i. Printout of company information RM10
ii. Any other information relating to companies RM10
Click on the link for the full list of products and services and fees. If you don't know how to purchase online, you can get any corporate secretarial firm to download for you at a small fee. Most of these firms are linked to audit firms.
