For me it's around 2-3 a.m. I have heard that this time period is when paranormal activity is at it's height. Yes I do believe in that stuff.

i dont wake up while sleeping at night i just sleep straight until the morning around 8 am and but i usually go to bed around at 1-2 am so i'd say it's most unsettling particularly when i try to fall asleep/.

Wow, I didn't know that! I've stayed up till 3 twice recently, and both times I had a huge spider run across my wall. So now I turn the computer off at two-thirty (guess I'm a little superstitious about that).

Right after I get into bed, and the lights are off, because I'm not asleep yet and it's so dark I can't see a thing. I feel my most vulnerable then, even more than when I'm on the pot.

and have yet to share a late night sandwich
