Well we definitely had a SURPLUS!
200 billions dollars worth.
We certainly don't have that now, Miss Lillian.
It certainly requires Intellect to accumulate, rather than spend a country's wealth.

We certainly didn't have that with Clinton, so what the hell are you talking about? If you call lying and BS intellect, then I feel sorry for your naivety.
Clinton did not have a surplus. There was a projected surplus on paper. But that was certainly not because of Clinton. Congress controlled the purse strings there.

HIGH INTELLECT???? LMFAO ROFL....HAVE YOU FORGOT THE CLINTON..."LEGACY"??? ROFL

- The only president ever impeached on grounds of personal malfeasance
- Most number of convictions and guilty pleas by friends and associates*
- Most number of cabinet officials to come under criminal investigation
- Most number of witnesses to flee country or refuse to testify
- Most number of witnesses to die suddenly
- First president sued for sexual harassment.
- First president accused of rape.
- First first lady to come under criminal investigation
- Largest criminal plea agreement in an illegal campaign contribution case
- First president to establish a legal defense fund.
- First president to be held in contempt of court
- Greatest amount of illegal campaign contributions
- Greatest amount of illegal campaign contributions from abroad
- First president disbarred from the US Supreme Court and a state court
if this is postive influence on the presidency, and high intellect, then there are infinitely more seroius issues here than who to vote for for president.

i saw the interview to answer your question and got a good bellylaugh for it...by the way...did you also miss...
travelgate, filegate, whitewater, the cattle futures fiasco, the health care fiasco, the vince foster coverup, the montana land grab, campaign finance fraud 2000, jennifer, paula, monica, the rental of the lincoln bedroom, the vince foster coverup, the tie breaking vote to tax social security breaking a fifty year old promise to the nations elderly, the largest tax increase in us history?

your endorsement of the most blatant display of lack of candor ethics and honesty in the us government is not only sad, its chilling.
