Because even though it says actual customers doesn't mean that their actors Samuel L. Jackson has probably had a few Whoppers, but your solution to the problem is good and long

I love Whoppers, but it is amazing how they have shrunk over the years. It used to really take two hands to handle a Whopper, but not any more.

They have some real problems. Ever seen Boiling Points on MTV? It's surprising how easily the general public gets angry over not having every little whim of theirs catered to them.

The folks @ Burger King do put out a VERY GOOD burger, but there are times whereas they tend to lack a good business sense, I just wish they would make whole-wheat buns available to go on their burgers. Their closest competitor Hardee's does that, but you have to be sure to ask for them.

I think honestly people are just tired of being punk'd. It'd be cool to go one week without someone trying to play a trick on you, it'd be cool to know that everything you encounter for one whole week could be counted on as the complete truth with no funny business behind it......at least thats my take on it....
