Because I have been blessed financially in my life before the lottery I would definitely help family. Then I would invest or diversify the rest of the money so it could make me money for a long time to go!!!
Giving friends money is like a fool parting with his money. They can never get enough. They always come back for seconds and thirds!!!

1- hide
2- unplug telephone
3- faint (no, do that first)
4- move far far away
5- send some money to family. just a little at a time so they don't blow it all on lotto tickets ;D
6- never tell anyone
7- send more money as time goes by for mortgage, tuition, medical etc.
8- still not tell anyone
9- die happy
10- will them whats left and let them fight over it. ;D

I would go buy cars with cash and lay it down in front of them and say give me the keys and then have me and my fellow bums i picked up off the street drive them to my house

First i would buy my mum a house, then pay my sisters morgage, then i would travel the world with him at my side, after making sure my kids are set for life, *sighs* :)
