even I am gay.. I am afraid of knowing any flamboyant gay ,. because the people of my small town.. I live in mexico.. but my question is why is that on the porn? they show men very manly.. I am not talking about the body.. but they look very masculine.. how come? why dont they show the real gay man? are those actors really gay or just they are acting for cash?

Good question. Some are alot of guy men on those videos that appear to be gay, but some do it just for the money. Honestly, It's a strange scientific analysis, because not all gay men act "manly" and not all gay men act "girlie". I think it all depends of hormones and social structure, meaning that just because a man is gay, he can still act macho and play football and everything else, while on the other hand, if a man is flamboyant, is doesn't mean that he is gay, he's just ecentric and artsy. I have some vids with men who are manly and some with girly men, It's hard to really explain though. I guess we'll never really know why. I figure though, most men that are in those vids are either gay, or bi-curious because no real str8 man would do something like that, no matter what amount of money he was given, but fortuneatly I'm gay, so where do I sign up LOL. Hope this helps.

They do this for entertainment value and to sell their movies. I believe a lot of them are really gay or bi. They choose these men because it turns gay men on more than the flamboyant and more feminine types of men.
Any man who say he's straight but does gay porn must be lying, otherwise he would be doing straight porn instead.
I've seen many gay men that are masculine acting and not feminine, but I also see many that are more feminine in how the speak and behave. With gay people there is always a range of various men and types.

Simple, because the girly gay men are easy to distinguish in public as being gay. But when you see a manly or plain looking gay man you might your first thought would be that he is straight.
Oh and there is such a thing as gay for pay.

There are all sorts of gay men- just like other men- different personalities, different mannerisms, different characteristics...
The porn industry tries to appeal to customers based upon what sells the most. I haven't watched much gay male porn compared to all other porn, but still.... Common business sense. Know what I mean? Same applies to Hollywood- They market whatever sells the most.
As for why this or that sells the most- Beats me. Some people just have certain preferences. But, of course, there are others who are just effin ignorant and make their purchases based upon stereotypes.
Concerning what you see in "real life"- Well, different strokes for different folks in different areas. In other words, different norms exist in different areas. What I mean is that some areas are more "homosexually diverse" than other areas. Some areas may include more homosexual men who are masculine (or rather what society views as masculine), while others may include more of the opposite. Then there are other areas which include a mixture of both. But, then again, some areas have very few of either.
Just try to rise beyond society's expectations and what you see in movies- Be yourself in spite of everything.
And, yes, there are porn actors who just "do it" for the money. Sex sells in more ways than one.

the porn you are watching is no more reresentative of what gay people ar eliek than the select few you have seen in real life. Fact is gay men come in all type sof personalities, physicla characteristeis, etc. And th emajority of us are just average guys in so many ways you would not know we were gay unless you asked.
