Many possible reason
1. Virus attack
2. Interrupted connection if using wireless mouse.
3. Hacked by someone
4. Spyware attack
5. Mouse damaged

More likely you have a problem with your mouse. Try rebooting the computer and cleaning the mouse.

check the speed of the mouse in your control panel via the start menu...in the contol panel there is an icon for the mouse itself...go into that and see if its set at a high speed ...sometimes thats what the problem is...

i don't think so. maybe u should just knock the mouse on the mouse pad a few times than it will stop moving. i think it will help if u do that coz my mouse used to do that too.

I think it's just the mouse take the bottom off and clean it.

You might... do you have an optical mouse? Make sure your not using it on anything stripey...

yip do a virus scan and look for a trojan if you download music the trojan will almost certainly be attached to your fileshare program this happened to me wrecked my dell so bad i had to get a new computer
