Not sure about games, but for activities, I would do what spas do, manicures, pedicures, facials, and makeovers. They don't have to be extravagent or anything, but just something simple for young girls to do.

For facials, you could have each girl give themselves facials. Set out bottles of facial scrubs and mud masks (Bath and Body works has some nice ones, or just go to a store like Ulta or even a grocery or drug store, in the lotions aisles usually). Also give each girl time at a sink to clean their faces, or set out bowls of warm water for them to use. You can even heat small facial towels (get them damp first, then heat in the microwave for a few minutes until hot) to relax away "stress".

For the manicures and pedicures, same deal. Grab a few bottles of your favorite polish removers, a few bottles of nail polish (you can even ask the girls to bring their favorite colors to share), and have each girl do their own nails, or the nails of someone else.

You might want to add food, snacks, and drinks too. For fun, fix up some small, light "spa" snacks for the kids. Make up finger sandwiches, veggie wraps, soups, salads, fruit cups, and smoothies to drink.

Depends on what age you are talking about. I was thinking if it was for teens maybe you could have a tarot card reader, they really are a lot of fun for the whole group.
