when exhaled you breath out the same components of air but each one in different quantities.when you inhaled, the largest quantity in air is nitrogen and then oxygen with low percentage of CO2.when you exhaled you breath out nitrogen with CO2 and a low quantity of oxygen.
N.B.(you don't breath out Carbon Monoxide AT ALL!!)

First off, it is color-less, tasteless, and odor-less gas. This means even if you are submerged into a pit filled with it, you wouldn't realized you were until you were dead, in which case you wouldn't realize it either. Second, we've all heard of carbon dioxide, right? Well carbon monoxide is the same thing, except more toxic. What can be more toxic than air that's not breathable (carbon dioxide)? The answer: carbon monoxide. Carbon dioxide chemical form is CO2, or carbon one oxygen two. Dioxide can be broken down into di and oxide, meaning two-oxides. An oxide is a oxygen atom fused to at least one other atom. In this case, carbon. Carbon monoxide chemical makeup is CO. Notice that there is only one part oxygen. Carbon monoxide, if inhaled, can poison, and if one is exposed long enough to it, can cause death. The symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning (dizziness, coughing, headaches, and tiredness) can often be mistaken for common diseases like the flu, a dangerous misdiagnosis. Much of carbon monoxide's toxicity is not understood yet, but hopefully it will be more so in the future.

RE:
when we breath out, is it 100% carbon monoxide?

I suspect you mean Carbon Dioxide.
The composition of CO2 and O2 in exhaled air is almost the same as inhaled air. You can re-breathe the same air about 30 times before it becomes unbreathable.

No, it's 0% CO. Exhalation contains CO2 (carbon DI-oxide). Any carbon MON-oxide produced in the body would instantly bind to the hemoglobin in the blood and not be exhaled in any measurable quantities.

Carbon DIoxide is what we breath out, but it is probably partly Nitrogen, as that is the most abundant gas in the air, and part is oxygen that didn't get used.

nope.. human don't breathe out carbon monoxide.
the breath that we breathe out contains approximately 2-3%of carbon dioxide, 15-17% of oxygen, 80% of nitrogen, and variable amount of water vapour
