This may be absurd but it is 1:14 am and I am sitting here trying to decide what to cook for a dinner I am having tomorrow night.
I am cooking a lovely meal for some people who really out did themselves during my Sons accident and now on his long road to recovery.
I bought Cornish hens but now have to decide how to prepare them. So many choices, so little time!!!

My families safety is on my mind right now. They are driving in the snow storm to get to the memorial. This has me fairly concernmed! Plus, I have to get out in it later!

i,ve made the decision to retire because i'm tired physically and mentally. i've been on the same job for a great many years...i'll hand it over to the younger ones and wish them well......i just hope i made the right decision.
