I can't believe how crazy this girl has gone, it's another case of spoilt little rich kid doesn't get what they want.
What is everyone's opinion on this?

Ok from what people have said the link isn't working which is weird coz it's working for me but any way i will give you guys some more info...
This girl (who said she's from a rich area) is complaining about being depressed coz she can't get a brest enlargement && all her friends could get it done && they got nose jobs too
&& she's complaining she won't be able to get cute guys coz she has a flat chest...
I can't believe it!!!
Doesn't any one else recken there is a pattern between rich people && not being able to appericate things ??(especially kids)

That's really sad. I can't believe a child parents would allow something like this and the sad part is she's only 13!!!! She will get it done and as her life goes on and she gets older she will regret it and have it reversed

Well, the link doesn't work anymore, but I get from what I'm reading that this is to do with a 13 year old getting plastic surgery. All I can say is, this is nothing new. The main difference is that instead of tattoos or body piercings, now kids are going for plastic surgery instead. As far as I know, kids have always been selfish in this respect, but the main difference between then and now, is that the parents aren't as strict with them as the earlier generations were, so the kids do more extreme things.

the link is not working now. but from you say in your question..... there is no freakin way a 13 year old needs plastic surgery unless it is to correct a disfigurement that she has aquired either in a accident or from birth. they haven't even stopped developing yet in their growth.
