As far as answering questions is concerned , it varies .....all depends on what is asked . I won't answer if I feel I have nothing to contribute ..
Asking is a totally different matter ...whenever something pops into my head ( as long as I can get in down before I forget it lol) I will ....
Often , like today , I will throw one in just to see if I can stimulate others into asking...usually it's a bit of light hearted nonsense !

It depends on the kind of questions I find here.
Some days I answer many questions and some other ones only a few. Sometimes, I keep myself out of Y/A bcoz of the questions posted here.
About questions....normally I dont ask too much. If I havent something nice or intersting to ask, I prefer to keep silent.

Right when I found out about Yahoo Answers, I answered at least 7 or 8 questions per day, and asked one or two each month. Now, I answer only a few questions a month, and ask every few months.

I do how ever many really interest me on any given day. Possible about 10 to 20 ( give or take a few). No real set number.

i've been actually quiet busy the past three months...
i was a lot more active in summer.
i do couple of questions a day...sometimes i don't do any for days ...
and my questions are really few...
i'm starting to note them down whenever i have one...cause whenever i sit on the pc, i forget what i have to ask.
