How much would a tune up cost?

I'm driving a 1994 Eagle Vision Tsi (Chevrolet?) and it's been in the garage for the last 2 years. It doesn't feel like it's accelerating very well so i was told that it needs a tune up by my neighbor. How much would it cost to get one of these?

Good car, my wife had 1, and they are from Chrysler, not Chevrolet! The cost at a dealership + $200, a small shop $150. Don't tell them you want a tuneup, just askthem whats wrong, and get an estimate!!
