Mine are breast tenderness and not much else anymore. I used to also experience nausea and cramping but that all changed after I had a baby. I don't necessarily recommend this a way to help relieve menstrual symptoms but it did for me. It almost makes me wish that I had had a baby 10 years earlier.

I sometimes get migraines, very rarely I get cramps, hormonal changes sometimes lead to a bit of breakout on my face, and sometimes I feel the desire to retreat after my period is over bcuz I feel more sensitive than usual.
