Both are very good products. I prefer Kitchen-Aide. Bosch dishwashers are very quiet but so are the better KA. Kitchen -Aide is an American product and if you should need parts or service they are more readily available.
My brother has mostly Bosch in his house, I have KA. We are both happy with them but he did have to wait 2 weeks for a part for his clothes dryer.
Edit. I did replace my stove last year with a Wolf though. ( larger restraunt model. )

We've bought the Bosche dishwasher and it's extreemly quiet... not sure how quiet the kitchenaid is but I have to say that we're really happy with the dishwasher. We also have the Bosche gas convection oven and it's hard to compare it since we've only had the one oven but the look is really nice. I hate the cluttered look that other stoves tend to have since they all have a tonne of controls on the console, but the boshe has a single nob and 6 touche sensitive buttons along with the gas knobs... really sleak looking

Personally I like the way Bosch looks and performs. To me a bit more eye candy.

Bosch. Its supposed to be really good products. I havent had any problems with my Bosch washer and dryer with the exception of the dryer being really sensitive. They get the clothes really clean. Just be sure to compare models and to get the features that you want.

We had a similar dilemna. After careful thought we went with kitchen-aid and have been extremely happy. You might want to get the warranty though. Not that our stuff has broken down i have just been fairly warned that mid-to-high range appliances can be expensive to fix should they stop working. KITCHENAID ALL THE WAY :)

Since you have no clear preference, I would choose the one that will look best in your kitchen. Otherwise google for reviews to see which appliances have better reputations.
