I want to be almost like a Bill Clinton type listener, where his listening skills were almost engaging! Any ideas please?

It's an act...just like the guys in CSI or L&O....they learn to look like they are paying rapt attention when they are interrogating a bad guy...
Bill was so good at that.....
when really he is thinking about how is he gonna get that stain outta that blue dress.
The reason you are having problems is...you believe ones facial expression is the key to how one appears to be listening....and ol' Bill was a master...
Like I could still swear, to this day, by looking at his facial expressions and his eyes...that he was sincere and telling the truth when he said "I did not have sexual relations with that woman".
