I think they would enjoy some Lancashire Hot Pot or Sheppherd's Pie made with peas and carrots and potatoes and meat! And they might like some fresh, hot bread and butter. Apple pie for desert! It's cold outside but this should warm everybody right up!

I would offer them some real home-cooked American food because they have never been here before. (Where I live now, on Second Street.) I think they might like some Hamburger Helper Italian-Style Fettacheenie (really good with Heinz turkey gravy which you can heat in the microwave because it is in a GLASS jar, not a CAn!) and some mack and cheese which is my own recipee that I make from scratch with REAL mac-a-roni and the cheese packets that I save from the store kind, and I mix in some chopped up Mrs. Paul's fishsticks to make my FishMackCheese (not Gorton's Fisherman Fishsticks, those are best for the Home-made Chicken al la King with Fish Sticks or the Fish sticks Condon Bleu which is also my own receipt but they will have to come back a nother time for that! and some FRESH salad (pre mixed from store but indistinguishable from hommade) and add some bacon bits and pine nuts (you should leearn about pine nutes and how they make EVERYTHING look homemade because restrunts never heard of them you'd think!), and of course for desert I think you are right about the apple pie because nothing is as English as apple pie and you don't want the Beatles to get home sick while visiting you (not that there would be a mess, just that you would not be a good host if that happned, I mean). So there you have it. I think they would be so happy that they might even be willing to play some music and I could record the whole thing on my Sanyo tape recorder. Then people would have something elks to sell on the internet. And they could be famous again.
