Look under the sheets with a magnifying glass. Are you seeing teeny bugs? Might be bed bugs.
Forget Raid. Use a bomb. Take sheets off bed and everything off floor and stay out for recommended time.

Sorry to hear about your problem. Two things you can do. Get a professional bug service in and they will do it properly.See your Yellow pages. The other thing if you go to your supermarket or hardware you can buy a "bomb" which you set off in your house. You need to close all the windows, cover food etc, keep out pets, and leave house for a few hours.Roaches and water bugs don't bite, but fleas, and bed bugs do.

Make sure in your efforts you are paying special attention to your bed/mattress. Unfortunately bugs can get in there and live, the bites could be from that. Wash all your bedding really well, and spray down your mattress.

Did you use a tin of spray, lol?
Sounds like fleas.
You need professional strength like Mortein Professional Indoor Surface Spray.
Find everything at large hardware store.
