I remember it getting to a dry hot 42 deg C in Melbourne. My son was just a baby (1998) and it was HELL for him without air-conditioning.
I've never want to go thru that horrid heat again!
I hate Melbourne's dry heat - bring on the humidity any day!

It got to 42 degrees once here in Burton Upon Trent, England. The hottest day ever recorded for where I live.

last year in summer we had a few days in the mid 40's(46) and we were not happy at all,it was even too hot to play in the pool.i remember one week we had 5 days in a row that were 38-42.HOT hot hot.(and i hate the humidity) cheers :) outer west sydney

it extremely is definatley me and that i'm a omit. concepts you I stay on my own with 6 cats and a few tropical fish. The fish can't stand it if it extremely is too warm, nicely, they flow to the exterior, and the cats in simple terms won't connect me in the tub!

Hey...another Aussie :) I'm in Sydney and it's hit damn close to 50C in the few years I've been here. The highest I remember was about 47C/116F. This year doesn't seem so bad....YET!!
