Excellent question - she's my favorite actress.
I think her performance in "21 Grams" was her best, but I found that movie profoundly depressing.
My favorites of hers are "King Kong" and "I Heart Huckabees."

Overall my favorite is Tank Girl.. but that really has very little to do with her.. (she's cute in it.. but Lori Petty rules the screen)
