You have a tic. But it's odd for it to happen all day long. You should talk to your doctor about it. Sometimes things like this are a reaction to a medication.

I can't give you an answer on that but I can answer if it's the left eye. It shows that your nerves somewhere near the eye lobe is strained or tired from reading or too much watching. Put something cold on top of it and let it rest for a while.
