Is it "allowed" to get a tattoo of something copyrighted or branded may it be, a picture or a logo?

You can tattoo what ever you want on your body. As long as you are not trying to make a profit from it only you and whom ever you show it to will know.

I believe it's generally acceptable as long as you're not doing it for profit.
