just get back for new york my computer was turn off for 4 month now i get home and turn it on and windows will not open it say we apologize for the inconvenience but windows did not start successfully.so i try but it on safe mode but dont work and i try choose last know good connfiguration still dont work help me please

Was it a PC or notebook?
If it is a notebook, it should be battery problem, i.e. no power in battery. You need to connect the power to AC.
If it is a PC, the internal battery for the real-time clock may be out, you may need to replace the internal battery. Or, it may be a harddisk problem. The last power-off may damaged it. You need to install a new harddisk and re-install Window and then reload the data from the old harddisk.

Wait a day and try again. I think you have an internal batter drain issue. Just leave it plugged in and try again later

he's right, but if you have the windows disk, put it in, turn on pc, it should boot off disk. then you can look around.
