If Einstein had stayed in Germany he would not have delivered his famous letter to the President which expressed his concerns that Germany may have the capability to harness/unleash the energy generated by splitting Uranium atoms. This letter led to the launching of the Manhatten Project (which developed the A-Bomb). If the US had not developed the A-Bomb at this period of time (it probably would have happened eventually) it would not have been utilized during WWII and a whole chapter in history would have been changed/rerouted.

Some things would be different, but as for physics not much. Einstein's greatest work was in 1905, and his fully developed relativity theory was done by 1915. Hitler's oppression started in the 1930's and the war was in the 1940's. Einstein wasn't really doing anything by then. Einstein was not part of the project that made the bomb either. The physicist responsible for that would be Oppenheimer. Oppenheimer was also making great progress in General Relaitivity before being asked to make the great bomb by the U.S. government. He later regretted doing it.

Both you and lalala need to learn to use 'would have,' not 'would of.'

Einstein may have had his best work behind him after 1930, but he did write that letter to the President which started the Manhattan Project to build a nuclear bomb before the Nazis did - which succeeded and saved a lot of lives by ending the war with Japan. It was a nasty way to do it but the Japanese were so fanatical at the time they were willing to fight to the last man, woman and child if America invaded. Kinda sounds like Muslim fanatics today, and maybe the solution will have to be the same.

If Einstein had stayed in Germany he would have been killed. His picture was in one of their "most wanted" lists with the words "noch ungehängt" ("not yet hanged") underneath. [Nazi soldiers also wore belt buckles saying "Gott Mit Uns" ("God With Us").]

Since the Nazis rejected his theories, and since he didn't do much significant work after the war, probably not.

What outcome? WW II?

Hardly. Hitler would certainly not have listened to him. Just like our own president Hitler knew everything better than everyone else.
