Not always, some find it in chaos. Depends on your perspective I guess.

I don't think so. I think "peace" is relative.
Some people in this life find peace in dying for their cause. Some people find peace in just simply dying and getting out of their misery in this life. For others peace is absence of conflict or the putting down of war. Some find peace in art and music, while peace for others is in the laughter of their children, having enough food to eat, and safety. And then there's the peace of knowing you or someone you love has won a very difficult battle with disease or debt or addiction.
Peace is defined according to each person's perspective about what peace is for them.

Not always, Peace is something that each of us can achieve in their own ways. One may be in silence and one may find their peace in music or whatever YOU desire.

if you adjust your thinking to positive things you can find peace in noisy and distracting times as well as quiet times. Listening to music is a great way.
