Italians is an asshole and why not as long as she's comfortable with doing that there shouldnt be a problem. It'd be no different if a female client asked her the same.

Not everyone is very open. I'd help if I could. What area of the country do you live in? Some areas are much more open than others. I wouldn't try it in the Bible Belt states. California is pretty open in most places. Believe it or not Salt Lake City is very open, I live there. I guess you could advertise in a local alternative paper if you have one. Good luck.

They are a big enough company I bet you could ask them for someone in your area and explain what your needs are. So hopefully whoever shows up would be prepared to help you.

You can but ask. Actually I have found that most ladies are very sympathetic to transvestites so you could well be successful
