Yes. I always tried to be "hard" like a guy. For some reason I always felt that I had to prove myself to people. So I was a big bully. I tried to fight everyone, guys or girls. I got into ALOT of trouble with gangs. Now I have grown up and mellowed out. I have 2 boys now. My husband says that I am still a tomboy but I think I am just me...but more improved :)

I was a strange sort of tomboy. I had to have my hair fixed and a dress on to go climb trees, play with snakes, etc. I am still a lot like that. I'm prissy, but I fix more things in the house than my husband does.

Oh yes, and always will be, but it is attitude and outlook, I love all kinds of clothing.
My daughter is too...the best kind the princess tomboy - who wears the most pink ruffled sequined dress to ride a bike, climb a tree, or tackle the preschool bully.
Females can be strong, athletic, intelligent, logical and feminine.

YES...I'd hang out with the girl across the street and look over at the boys riding their bikes over ramps...I'd leave the Barbies in a split second and go hang w/ the boys.

I enjoyed playing a sports and still do but I wasn't necessarily a "tomboy". I'm also not a ditz, I have my own mind and thoughts.
