I think Homer's family is better overall because they have more heart. Lisa is smart and thoughtful usually and even Bart has had a lot of compassionate moments.
I think Peter's family would win at football and basketball because Meg and Chris are older/bigger than Bart and Lisa. Plus Stewie would probably come up with some sneaky diabolical plan to win the game(s).
I think Homer's family would rock out better. Lisa and Bart are both musicians afterall but I've never seen Meg or Chris play an instrument. I think Peter's family would win in a fight though, again because Meg and Chris are bigger/older than Bart and Lisa (but other than that difference, I think it would be a pretty even match).

I stand behind Peter Griffin.
Now if it were a mental challenge I think it would come as a draw. Neither of them have a lick of sense. lol.
I just prefer Family Guy over The Simpsons because it's more my general comedy range. Whereas; I get bored with the simpsons easily anymore. The old ones are good but they're just starting to become bland.

Homer! The Simpsons (from the 90's not the latest ones) is a far superior show.

I can't sit through more than 10 minutes of either any more.
which is sad.
The Simpson's "used to be" my favorite show. Some of the classic episodes are still hilarious.
Family Guy was so funny it hurt. Now it just hurts to watch it. After they came back from cancellation, it just seemed like they were trying to remember the funny bits and do them again only bigger.
The only animated show I can still put up with?
King of the Hill.

I agree Homer from the 90's is the best so many classic laugh out moments with him.

i've got dated all forms of adult men in my existence. the rationalization television sitcoms have a husky hubby and extraordinarily spouse is by using the fact maximum adult men are obese, prevalent looking and maximum females aspire to be eye-catching. the those that write television sitcoms be attentive to that their considerable aim audience is females and that they are attempting to appeal to them.
