Well like many people im in dilema here, first i want to avoid the facts that isreal has accomplished alot more than palestine, because this isnt important. Now people claim that israel just invaded palestine and killed inoccent people and took the land like americans did with the indians or australia witht he aboriginies, yet from facts im finding this isnt exactly true. What iv learned is first the jews had theyr home taken by the romans and given to the syrians, the syrians lived there for about a thousand years, using the things the jews built, they never made palestine a country and never built a goverment. Then in 1900s the brittish invaded palestine and took ownershp of the land, then the jews took it from the brittish and made a country there. Now im not sure if my facts are right but what are your opinions on this? should israel have the right to have the country or is palestine the true owners?

Palestine is thought to be linked to the Philistines.
Historeligion teaches that God promised the land of Canaan to Abraham (from whose loins come both Israel and Ishmael (Jews and Arabs). Isaac and Ishmael were both sons of Abraham, but different mothers. Isaac is the son of promise (Sarah and Abraham (Jews), Ishmael the son of the slave girl (Hagar and Abraham (Arabs). Actually, Isaac and Ishmael are half brothers. From Isaac comes Jacob (whose name God changed to Israel) and 12 tribes come from Israel; from Ishmael come 12 princes. Confused yet.........? How about this......... God grafted in the gentiles from other nations (non-Israel and non-Arab) most of us, that is,.............

So, if you read Hebrew Scripture you will find the answer I believe,

And if you read Koran or something else, you may find another answer.......

But, in actuality, Scripture is proven to be historically and geographically accurate dating back to land, languages, and borders.

i live in palestine, i believe both sides have a claim to this land, the problem however is the greed of the israelis, not being content with the land they have, they continue to build settlements and take land within the palestinian borders this land is literally stolen from its owners with no compensation, or reparation.until the israelis stop this land theft how can any understanding possibly be reached? clearly defined borders, respected by both sides has to be a start.

your points are correct!

Palestinia was the name given by the Romans to the old Judean kingdom after their put down of the last Jewish revolt against the Roman empire in the year 70AD..

problem is that today all those people have roots there, Jews and Palestinians, so a fair land partition should be the best solution, since, in my opinion, today both belong there.

Both Isreali and Palestine can have their own nationality. This is according to the Universal Declaration of Human Right.

The major and only question is about land. How to define their boundary.
