I basically distract myself.
I listen to music, read a book, pray, take a walk, excercise, clean house or call a friend...

Sure Can Darling,
I live in Alaska and I get a lotta stress built up in my job. When I can't take it any more, I go out into the woods, find an animal that outweighs me by at least 800 lbs..... and kill it.
It keeps my freezer full too.
Happy Hunting Baby!

Yes. Mostly deep breathing and visualization. If I feel violent or hostile towards someone. I avoid confrontation until I have my anger under control. I also practice what I will and will not say. Once I see the person.

Not really, I just usually do something that relieves the stress. Such as listening to music, writing poetry, or talking to a friend. Those are a couple of things I do when I'm stressed. So just find things that relieve your stress, and that make you relax.
