Of your options I would choose Jonah Matthias since Oliver seems a little old and the other names are too similar to Joan Rivers - ooh - that makes me shiver.
I personally like the name Ian or Ethan for a boy. Ian Matthias or Ethan Oliver sound pretty good if you like the name Oliver.
You could spin the names a little and go with Kellan Matthias or Kellan River. I kinda like the name Kellan as a first name now that I consider it. Yep - Kellan it is.

If a person has nothing else,at least they can have a good name. It is a very important decision and you are a good mom for thinking hard about it. Look at possible nicknames as well as how do the names sound along with the last name. The last name has a lot to do with it. All three names should flow nicely and sound strong for a boy, maybe with just a touch of sweetness for the ladies. Oliver has 3 syllables, and Jude has 1.That sounds good together. Again, check how you would feel about any possible nicknames. Could you teach him to deal with the occasional bully that might cal him Judy? How about Oliver John? Or Oliver Matthias. The O stands out in a crowd, and Mattias sounds sturdy and masculine. Jonah and Jonas are Biblical, but to me Jonah sounds too feminine. Jonas is like Jonas Salk who discovered Pennicillin. There are a lot of J names out there nowadays. Imagine youe name choice in different settings: " Paging Dr._______" , " President ________", Mr.________. Imagine the name as others will hear it. Aim for success for your son. If you named him, say, River John , he could go by Mr. R. John ______as an adult, which does sound rather distinguished. River John sounds strong and outdoorsy, but sensitive, like nature. Like a mountain man image. And it would be easy to call him by the whole name, River John. No nicknames, or RJ if so. Nice combination.
So give your son a good name that has some punch to it. Something he'll be proud of, with a good meaning and some depth ( family tree maybe ) He will thank you later for a good name. All the best. you sound like a good mom.

Oliver Jude is absolutely perfect. I wouldn't change a thing! ;)
The rest are fine, but Jonah's popularity turns me off, to be honest (fast rising on the heels of top-ten -- or soon to be -- Jacob and Noah, as a near-literal combination of the two), and given that Jonas is only a slight side-step away, I'd be wary of that as well.
Oliver is definitely a more comfortable choice for me. Familiar, but not at all overused or falling into a certain trend (that would make it seem more common than it actually is). Just a timeless, classic choice. Love it. ;)
