It is a room temperature or circulaton problem, not waxing.

I have never heard of someone's legs turning purple after waxing. If your friend's legs are purple after she waxes, then maybe she's not doing it properly. Sounds to me like she's burning or bruising herself somehow.
What waxing does is pull the leg hairs out by the roots. It's painful, can damage the pores and cause ingrown hairs.

so her legs are purple because shes thin (am i right) when you are really thin you dont circulate the same and you turn purple
i get purple legs, and hands and feet in gym, and ive never waxed.

Waxing always made my hairs ingrow. No purple, just bumps.
