Not, if you paid for it. Like on Itunes. If, you don't pay for it then it is wrong.

If you buys it, its ok
If you're downloading it for free, then its wrong

But screw it, most of the money only goes to recording lables. Your favorite artist hardly gets anything out of it.

If you wants to support your artist, go to their concert. They earn a hell lot more from touring then actually selling records. That's why some artist don't really care if you're downloading their song off the net.

To me it's no different than recording a song off the radio (back when cassettes were popular). Nobody raised much of a fuss about that.

No if you paid for it then its legal as buying it out the store.

If you download it free (with copy right) its illegal

If you use limewire its legal. its also free. not safe, not all music on here is legal. http://limewire.com
