Is it possible if man achieves orbit something more than man comes back?

depends on how long he spends in orbit, but he will come back a few 100ths of a second younger due to Einstein's theory of relativity

also if he has children in 0 g, the child's brain might not develop as many neuro connections it should have, its immune system will be weaker and its limbs esp the legs will start to deform since it doesn't need them to stand on anymore. that mutation usually shows up in 2nd 0 g generations though.

either way, I'm sure he will come back with an incredible experience and images of the earth he'll never forget.

No. Many people have gone into orbit and returned just the same as they left.
