I'm a career firefighter. I get to help people when they are having the very worst day of their lives. I work three 24 hour shifts a week and have off four days a week.
I have pull people out of burning house, cut them out of cars, delivered 2 babies, stopped counting the time I've done CPR, cleaned up Hazardous Materials. And it is just part of the job.
It is a simple job- People need help- we go and try to fix it!
We don't ask "how much money you have, what sex you are, what color you are or is this to dangerous - If you need help we coming!
I know that I will never get rich! But I get to ride in a 1/2 million dollar fire engine, that every kid dreams of.. And ware a uniform that a lot of women would like to get us out of !!!
I love my job - I love it so much, I volunteer in my home town on my days off.

Yes, in fact I have a full time job and a part time job. In both I work as a librarian. I really like doing this work. It is MY ideal job, but probably not for everyone.

I am a stay at home mom. Up until 7 months ago, I had worked or gone to school full time since 15. (I am 33). Loving the break.

I have been a cake decorator the last fourteen yrs and now i'm staying home to raise my kids since we moved from the midwest to the east coast........ i miss work sometimes and if i could have any job in the world i'd want to be a judge. lol

I go to school full time and raise 3 kids while my hubby is deployed.. Id say thats a job..... but if I had ANY job it would be a veterinarian or lawyer

I currently work days as a Hooters waitress and nights as a pole dancer ...
and YES I LOVE both of my jobs ... especially the tips I get ...

i'm a mother of two little boys that's my job. but i would LOVE to get back out in the workforce where there are grown ups and no children.
