Let's say that the Vikes make the playoffs as no.6, beat the No.3 SeaHawks, then go on to play the No.2 Packers. Do they stand a chance the way they've been playing lately?

No chance, unless the Packers suffer some major illness or the team is somehow incapacitated.

LOL The Vikings get on a winning streak and all of a sudden people think theu can challenge the Packers. They blow out the Giants and Lions, whoopie. They eek by the Raiders, and beat up a pathetic 49ers teams. Not impressive one bit. Their pass defense is still bad and Tavaris Jackson is still inexperienced. He pass well against the pass defenses of the Lions, Raiders, 49ers, and Giants, not impressive again.

What happened the last 2 games they played the Packers? 23-16 where Favre shredded them through the air, and 34-0 where Favre had 300+ and 3 TDs and Ryan Grant shredded that vaunted run defense for over 100 yards.

Get Real people. Maybe the Seahawks or Buccaneers, but not the Packers. Oh and by the way idiots, THEY WOULDN'T PLAY GREEN BAY unless they made it to the NFC Championship game, why? Because if they win they have to play the highest seeded team which looks to be Dallas. Good luck LMAO.

I would highly doubt it . The Packers are just a better team and the game would be played in Green Bay . Now that means outside in the winter like the man teams play , not inside a sissy dome. Remember back in the Bud Grant days when the Vikings were tough . Those were the days.

Yes, i believe they can beat the Packers. I know that back in Septermber the Vikes lost at home 23-16 and the Pack shut out the Vikes in November 34-0, but how the vikes are playing now, I thing they will give every team a challenge.

solid grief guy, a week is diverse for each team. sure, i understand that we in actuality spanked Warner and AZ's commencing offense whilst they performed, yet they did no longer play the completed game. It grew to become right into a conflict of the backups. no longer that AZ scares me, by using fact i understand what green Bay is able to, yet my factor is, we performed against their backups in a game they did no longer somewhat care approximately. even nevertheless i think of green Bay will win returned @ Arizona next week by using fact they are the maximum well liked team going into the playoffs, Arizona is able to triumphing. I even have been incorrect before. Do i think of we can beat MN too afterwards? little question in my concepts. it somewhat is a diverse team that Minnesota confronted. exciting stat for GB sacks allowed: First 8 weeks: 37 sacks allowed final 8 weeks: 13 sacks allowed it somewhat is one ingredient in how this team has replaced. additionally, seem at Ryan furnish's numbers. GB has a working game now. it isn't the appropriate, in spite of the undeniable fact that it somewhat is able. final yet no longer least, whilst grew to become into the final time GB allowed an opponent to return a kickoff or punt for a TD? If I bear in mind wisely, Tampa Bay. in any case, those are my arguments in why green Bay is a contender and why they are able to make a run. in spite of the undeniable fact that, do no longer forget that Arizona performed their backups. we ought to continuously do it two times and that i understand they're going to hold each and every thing they have interior the playoffs. Am I chanting super Bowl maximum appropriate now? No. i'm announcing, "One game at a time."

no. The Packers already beat them twice this season one of those being a blowout.

The packers have a way better running game now then when they played them before and are continuing to get better each week. They are starting to play better on both sides of the ball. Their o-line would kill the vikings and their secondary.

If I had to predict a score, it would be 37-17 Packers

Personally,I think right now the Vikings are better than the Packers, which will only become more evident in cold weather when the running game becomes more important

the Vikings have changed for the best after being blown out last time they played and will be extra motivated to avenge their two losses....most definitely... adrian peterson will have a big day and tarvaris will do just enough..... Grant will be shut down and Favre will have an average day but end up getting picked off when they are driving for the tieing score....Vikings 31 Packers 24

I dont think they would win but it would be much closer than people think because the vikings defense is playing better and they can actually pass the ball now because of sidney rice.
