zebras don't usually get along with fish so I'd say yes... definitely.

She should have a private and safe place to lay her eggs as soon as possible. Use a small aquarium or bowl with a tiny clay flower pot positioned on its side for her to hide in and lay her eggs. The zebras can stay together, though if that's all you have.

Danios don't get pregnant,they are group spawners,the eggs are fertilized externally. Pregnant means to have a fertilized embryo growing inside the female,this doesn't happen with egglaying fishes.
Your problem is not to separate the female from the others,but to figure out how to separate the parents from the fertilized eggs.

Only livebearers become 'pregnant' and would warrant being separated from their tankmates to give birth.

With egg laying/scattering fish, the male would have to be present to fertilize the female's eggs in order to have fry.
