Yes......and they appear to be severely deficient in many other ways as evident that they are unable to tie the laces on their sneakers + they are unable to keep their jeans up + they are unable to put a baseball hat on their head correctly + they are unintelligible when they rap ( which is why so many people ask: " what did they say ? " & " what did they mean ? ".) They are completely incapable of actually singing even one verse in a song. I'm not even sure if they know what a song is ? - Their disabilities would probably qualify them for Social Security Disability Benefits ?

Obviously you don't like it..But different people like different kinds of music..For instance..You might like classical..I like Country..You like Jazz..I like rap..It's different..It's cool..It's not something that everyone is obsessed with..And just because people like listening to it doesn't make them have a low IQ, and it doesn't make them stupid..Rap and Hip-Hop doesn't promote stupidity..And killing the arts??? What the heck..do u like Frank Sinatra or something??? Come On..And as for suffering from bad taste..So what if people choose to listen to it..How does what they listen to affect you? It doesn't..I'll listen to what I want, You can listen to what you want..And everyone else will listen to what they want..There is nothing you can do to make anyone stop listening to it..So just get over it..

I hate hip hop or rap, just absolutely hate it. But I don't think people who listen to them have low IQ. I guess it depends on what music you grew up with. You can't expect someone who grew up listening to dr. dre to suddenly want to listen to cold play (i hate cold play too). =)
One thing i hate about hip hop music is its sexual content. It's demeaning to women. It teaches young girls that it's ok to dress like a slut and be a tease. I mean, listen to the lyrics, "i'm gonna get - get - get you drunk, get you love drunk on my hump (or something, i really don't know). Come on ladies, don't you find that offensive? Hip hop isn't the only music that promotes lasciviousness, mind you.

Rap is awesome.
People express things through rap but I will admit that rappers dont have to curse to express themselves, also its really really mean to hate on peoples taste in music unless its country music. Sorry dude, but your mean.
Plus hiphop is the best thing that happend on earth. Try listening to songs like "slow jams" by twister, kayne west, and jamie fox
or listen to "runaway love" by ludacris and mary j blige
or listen to Ciara with "Promise "
Then u will feel me

I feel this is disrespectful to those who listen to hip hop including me. People listen to hip-hop for the same reason poeple listen to jazz, rock, country, R&B,etc., becuz they want 2 and it's what they like.

alright man, your so cool, you can piss people off from 3000 miles away. my opinion is that if its mainstream radio, it sucks. i remember when the radio was playin the good stuff. every f'in week it gets worse. Now i gotta listen to smooth jazz, blues, and soft rock stations. at least they aren't immature as ****. but tupca, nwa, bone thugs, dre, ice cube, and lil wayne are the ****.

If you know anything about rap, you've heard about the magazine "The Source".
Started by a white kid who graduated from Harvard. I met him. Cool guy who liked rap and had great business instincts.
